Delivery & Returns

Delivery can be to any address in the UK or Mainland Europe as long as the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically.  In the UK you may choose either 1st class or parcel post.  Outside the UK, your products will be delivered Airmail.  You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. 

All delivery timescales are subject to the postal timescales.  We endeavor to post your order the next business day.  Royal Mail delivery is next working day, however, sometimes delivery may take up to five working days.  Please contact us if you do not receive your product in this time period.

We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Dogs Etc Limited shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Postage
You will only pay one delivery charge per order based on total weight. We add together the weights of all the products you have chosen, so you may purchase multiple items without incurring extra shipping charges. After you have added items to your shopping basket, in the UK you can choose between 1st class Royal Mail and Parcel Post.  All items posted to mainland Europe & Ireland will be shipped via Royal Mail Airmail service. The standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.

UK First Class weights and prices: 0g-105g is £1.50, 105g-500g is £2.75, 500g-1000g is £4.50, 1.0kg-1.5kg is £6.00 and 1.5kg-2.0kg is £7.50.

Next day delivery - this option is special and only offered 1 week before Christmas.  Prices are by weight details are available when checking out.  Parcel post is not offered during this period because orders will not be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.  Orders must be received by 14:00 to be shipped same day. 

UK Parcel Post Not offered week before Christmas weights and prices: 0g-2kg is £5.00, 2kg-4kg is £8.50, 4kg-6kg is £11.50, 6kg-10kg is £14.50 and 10kg-20kg is £16.50.

Airmail to Europe & Ireland weights and prices: 0-200g is £2.50, 200g-400g is £4.00, 400g-620g is £5.00, 620g-1000g is £7.00, 1.0kg-1.5kg is £9.50 and 1.0kg-2.0kg is £12.00

Force Majeure
Dogs Etc Limited shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Returns
If you need to return a product purchased from Dogs Etc Limited then you have 28 working days to do so.  The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Dogs Etc Limited website, or by phoning us on 07812 494323.
